Heike Cushway
Gerontologist & Longevity Strategist
Heike works at the intersection of longevity, women's health, wellness and healthcare innovation.
With a Master's in Gerontology, an MBA and a background spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and integrative health, she specialises in translating complex health science into strategies, programmes and experiences that work in the real world.
She co-founded The Iron Suites Medical Center and The Integrative Medical Centre in Singapore and today advises organisations on longevity and wellness strategy, preventive health, consumer health and hospitality wellness.
Alongside her consulting work, Heike is a speaker, moderator and writer exploring how we can make health more understandable, evidence-informed and human — and ultimately live healthier, more fully alive lives.

Tim Cushway
Healthcare, Pharma & Health Technology Strategist
Tim is a healthcare executive, medical scientist and entrepreneur with extensive international experience across pharmaceuticals, medical innovation and healthcare ventures.
His career spans senior leadership, business development, medical affairs, R&D, clinical trials, product development, commercial strategy and general management across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Australia and the US.
Tim has founded and led healthcare and pharmaceutical ventures, supported the development of new medical technologies and products, raised capital and advised organisations navigating growth and innovation.
Today, his work increasingly sits at the intersection of pharmaceuticals, health technology and AI-enabled healthcare, helping organisations translate emerging technologies into clinically relevant and commercially viable solutions.

Tim’s extensive multicultural and trans-border management experience has equipped him to navigate the complexities of the modern healthcare sector. His career highlights include:
Founding and leading The Iron Suites and Compai Pharma, ventures focused on holistic healthcare and innovative pharmaceuticals under the TIASH group with an exit in 2024. The clinic was a first in Asia to focus on a condition impacting millions of women and saw changes in the medical landscape across Singapore whilst the pharma company was able to successfully in-license, registered and develop its first product under the lead of Tim. Despite Tim’s exit from the company in 2024 it continues to flourish due to its solid foundation.
Successfully building and managing teams in medical, marketing, and sales across Australasia for global pharmaceutical company with achievement of annual sales in excess of 100 million dollars.
Providing educational support with presentations at continuing medical education session, public events (for layperson), and sales/medical training events for internal company members. Consistently receiving praise for clear and concise lectures.
Recognised medical scientist with publications in peer-reviewed journals and numerous presentations at medical conferences.
Awarded innovative achievement for role in AcceliDx and the R&D associated with the point of care device.
Support in successful capital-raising initiatives to enable multiple ventures to commence their journey.
